Question / Help My DSLR camera is not appearing on the list of video capture devices

Although my camera (Nikon D750) is an installed device on my computer, it is not appearing on the video capture device list

Very few cameras expose video capture over USB. You will need a HDMI capture card like the Elgato Camlink, see https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/cam-link/camera-check for compatibility notes.
