My display is upside down lol

I'm using a capture card and streaming from Xbox to a Mac. I am a 50 plus year old, first time streamer. I am sure everything is hooked up correctly, just the video in OBS is upside down. Any ideas? Thank you!

Right-click (or whatever the equivalent in on a Mac) the source -> Transform -> Rotate 180

I have a PTZ camera (motorized Pan/Tilt/Zoom) in a meeting rig, sitting on its base. Its picture is upside-down too. I guess it's meant to hang under a ledge instead??? It has rubber feet, so it could also be a design or manufacturing error. It *was* cheap, after all...
