Question / Help My Computer Webcam Not Running

So I have been using OBS for a few months now and everything has been working great but right before Christmas my webcam on doesn't. The webcam comes up when I Skype. I've removed it and brought it back for my scenes with no luck. Once it came on when I kept using Skype and once when I logged in last week it popped up. But now it's not working again and the Skype trick isn't working. Any tips on fixing this issue? Thanks

You are running OBS 0.16.6 32 bits
You can try 64 bit version. Copy shortcut, edit it and hook it to proper 64 bits OBS

OR update to last version that runs 64 bits version by default
