Question / Help My computer runs very laggy when using OBS

I'm now with macOS high Sierra updated from "Sierra". It runs very laggy when using OBS, but I don't have idea for that, because there are no changes for an application configuration to broadcast. What I've done is just to update my Mac to the newest version.

I'm using MacBook Pro 2016, and forcing to use a "discrete" GPU with gfxCardStatus for OBS.
