Question / Help My Capture Card constantly crashes when I try to stream games from my Wii U/Switch. Why?

Hi There, While I was streaming, I constantly realized while I was looking at my stream that my Capture card has some kind of massive screen tear, which effects the quality for the viewers, basically making the game unviewable. Does anyone have any idea where the problem is?

That is some severe blocking. Holy..
I unfortunately don't know about that, but it's definitely not an "interlacing" issue
