my bitrate is going down when i play game

i play league of legends when i stream in client the bitrate is 4000kb which is good but when i enter the game the bitrate goes down to 200 kb and 0 kb
i tried everything yet its not working please i need help my mind is going crazy

This is usually caused by 3rd party "optimizer" software that restricts data when a game is active. Commonly included in some network driver or antivirus software.
