I click "Start Streaming" nothing, no activity at all... ok... click "Start Record" same thing...
I spent probably a week poking around the settings trying to figure out the best way to record in to get the best quality for my CS6 Premier Pro, decided MP4 was the better option with lowest process usage in converting and so forth... all that aside, i spent a week setting it up... tinkering with "expert" settings... then i took a break for a month...
When i come back...
Well, the bacon is burnt, after several google searches trying to find a fix i've gotten nowhere, and i'm not even sure what prefix this should have, bug? help? where's the "BOTH" prefix?
Was working just fine then not at all, and as far as i can tell, i'm the only one... seeing as how the anniversary update was back in August and i was streaming to YouTube November, and yet the post is still there saying to wait for a Tweet when "it works again" as far as i knew there wasn't any problems, until December...

Well, i have latest drivers of everything, latest updates, latest OBS, etc etc etc... so we can skip past the usual "is it plugged in" tech support question. I built my home network, i run a server of which i built, and my computer, and my router... I've NEVER had an issue with net connectivity, I host several games, and a teamspeak to which i have my friends in as i type this, so net connectivity isn't an issue either.

My GPU hasn't had an issue either, and i've been using it as the encoder, AMD H264 encoding.

Took me a while to find the log files but here's the latest log with the routine of "load up, click start streaming, click start recording, exit."

You are using I420 color format, which has never been supported. Use NV12, just like the log file tells you to.

The only supported formats are NV12, YUV420P, YV12, BGRA, RGBA and ARGB. And out of those, only one has no extra conversion cost on the GPU (NV12).

...............................seriously? that's all it was? how did that even get changed? i never touched it, i swear, i've re installed OBS like... 5 times? and it did the same thing... so frustrating, thanks, idk how it managed to get that way, but you fixed it, i can record now... testing the streaming now.

Seriously, having gone through all that headache, i feel like a total scrub now... i'll go to my dunce corner now.

isn't NV12 an NVidia only thing? that may be why it got changed, i honestly don't remember changing it if i did.
