My audio tracks arnt recording

I'm not sure why its not recording I only get 1 video back when I record and the other doesn't appear only track 1 is recording for some reason and idk why i think I'm doing everything right

You can only playback one track at a time, think for comparison of multiple subtitles.

In VLC media player (and numerous other software), you can select the track to play.

So if you see multiple tracks listed at Audio, Audio Track then multiple tracks actually were recorded.

Did you load the recorded file into VLC media player? (Media, Open File)
