My audio starts off loud and crips when I start talking, then over the course of the recording and my talking, it gets quieter and quieter.

Log file:
Audio Test: Note: I do not move away from the mic or talk quieter at all during that recording, that is all obs making my mic get really quiet.

Sorry for the wall of text, if anyone can help me out with this problem, that would wonderful! :D

These probably aren't audio related, but just get them out of the way:
1. Update OBS to the newest available version from https://obsproject.com/download . Older versions are not supported.
2. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Record to MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto Remux in the Advanced Settings.
4. Uncheck the box Psycho Visual Tuning.
5. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Scene).
6. Turn off all audio filters.

Do a recording and post new log if still having issues.

5. Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
