Question / Help My audio doesn't appear on my recording file

Hello,

So my audio when recording is done is not there it's very low and you can't hear it well.

However, when I import the file into a video editing software(premiere) the audio is there and intact.

It's also this way with game play, the game play seems a bit sluggish and lags a little but when imported smooths out.

Any reason for this? anyway to have the audio sound in the original file or is that just how it is?

update: when I'm streaming its also having no audio but on top of that for some reason when streaming the quality is all pixelated..I've been messing with OBS for weeks, why can't anything just work...
