My audio becomes choppy when i have OBS Studio open

I recommend starting by following the pinned post in this forum about posting your OBS Studio log when asking for help/support

The vast majority of time, what you are describing means your computer doesn't have enough hardware resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O) to keep up with what you given it to do. Reducing resource demands at Operating System (OS) level by turning off apps/background processes not needed might help. Then making sure your OBS studio settings are appropriate for your hardware, and that includes being aware of what settings impact CPU vs GPU and balancing accordingly.

Thank you! I've just finicked with the audio settings and it seems to be working now. Now another issue I'm having, my recordings are all dark, not the same as what I see when I record. I think it may be because I'm using HDR, but I don't see any settings about it.
