Question / Help My 60 FPS stream doesnt seem like 60 fps.

Using a streaming PC with following specs:

AMD FX-8120 OC'ed to 3.90GHZ
8.00GB RAM DDR3
AMD HD 6970
Windows 7 64bit
Avermedia Live Gamer HD

Ive been using these settings for a long time and Ive also recommendeed a friend my settings and his streams looks much more smoother than mine. The diff is that he's on Win10, he's got an El Gato HD60 Pro and he's using an i5

As you rescale in video settings, do not rescale again in Output settings. Leave it unchecked.
