MW3 with Game Capture

I'm trying to record my MW3 gameplay with game capture but it just displays a black screen. When I select it in properties it say "Call of Duty may require OBS to be run as admin to use Game Capture."

So I run OBS as admin and still nothing...

Someone, please help if you know the issue.
