Hmmm
this is not good
03:44:01.654: McAfee: enabled (AV)
03:44:01.654: Norton 360: enabled (AV)
03:44:01.655: McAfee: enabled (FW)
03:44:01.655: Norton 360: enabled (FW)
running 2 different security software, unless you REALLY know what you are doing, and even then, generally is a bad idea. like really bad idea.
This make me think there may be plenty of other Operating System issues in need of cleanup. all of which would probably help reduce system load so there are resources available for OBS Studio.
03:44:01.956: video settings reset:
03:44:01.956: base resolution: 1920x1080
03:44:01.956: output resolution: 1920x1080
03:44:01.956: downscale filter: Bilinear
03:44:01.956: fps: 30/1
03:44:01.956: format: BGRA
If going for 50fps, why have a base setup of 30fps? and why format=BGRA?
See the big warning about not recording to MP4 as unsafe... don't ignore that. period. auto remux to MP4 after Recording if need be.
You could run OBS Studio as Admin to ensure it gets higher priority, but that is just asking for trouble (PC compromise), and working around problems that needs fixing
