Question / Help Mute Xbox App but still record sound?

Hi,
Right now the way I stream is using 3 monitors:

1. PC
2. Xbox
3. Second PC Monitor with Xbox App

So then, I use OBS to put my overlay on and boom, away I go to streaming. I recently ran into a problem ever since I stopped using my headset as a microphone/speaker. I now have a new Mic (Blue Yeti) and I can hear sound through my AUX Speaker. The only way OBS will capture the audio is if I let it play outloud in Windows Volume Mixer. Is there a way to mute the application on windows but also still have OBS record the audio coming out of the app?

To clarify, if I windows mute OBS will still record the audio, but when I just mute the program it doesn't.
