mute discord voice while streaming

so i have been trying to mute my friends voice while i am streaming with discord open, but i only have 1 audio source: "desktop" and all the google answers say to "just disable discord audio" - but this is not an option at all for me to even try.

what am i missing here?

(the idea is to stream on twitch, have discord open, have a friend in a call, they can speak to me, but they don't want their voice on stream)

I tend to use "Application Audio Capture (BETA)" to separate gameplay from Discord audio, I tend to be talking to people while streaming sometimes just they do not want their voice in the stream.
