Question / Help Musical Streaming

Hi there !
I have a question about graphics cards and streaming. I'm a musician and I would like to make some musical streaming on Twitch with OBS. So I don't want to stream video games : only a webcam and a screen capture from another PC (with AverMedia Game Capture).
Do I need a graphic card in my PC ? Is a simple laptop with 16gb ram + core i7 is OK ?

For streaming, you do not need a video card other than a driver to drive your display. Just make sure your CPU can handle the load. Some laptop i7s aren't all that great although most do have Quicksync which can be used as your encoder. Just do your homework before you buy a laptop. I have a Lenovo with an i7 and as long as I use QS, it handles streams just fine.
