Question / Help MultiTrack audio device / individual tracks to scenes

Hi

I have a ZoomH6 audio device which captures 6 audio tracks. What I was hoping to do, is assign those tracks to different OBS scenes. So Scene one, may take audio from mic1 (track 1) and scene 2 maybe mics 2 & 3 etc. I've not figured out a way to do this. I thought of using Jack, but it seems Jack on OSX is broken and no longer being updated. Perhaps I have missed something fundamental with audio routing?

Suggest looking at LoopBack. It is pricy but it will do what you need.

You can make an arbitrary number of virtual devices, and you can route individual channels from hardware devices to separate virtual devices, and then add those virtual devices as tracks in OBS.

Thanks Narcogen. It is a little pricy, but I guess if that's whats required... So I take it that means Jack is dead and buried, on OSX at least?

I use Jack on Linux but I have never been able to get it to work on versions of MacOS newer than Yosemite. The fault may be mine, because others have told me it works for them. I would have preferred to use Jack, but since I went to LoopBack I haven't... well, looked back.
