You don't need to squeeze a screenshot into a pdf, which you squeezes into the forum, which we are required to download and start a pdf viewer. This forum software is quite advanced. You can just take a screenshot with PRINT or ALT-PRINT, which puts it into your clipboard. Then just paste it into the editor of this forum (STRG-V). No mangling with files involved.
The mirror effect you see is expected. You told OBS to record the screen, and since you have OBS on the screen, OBS records itself. It then displays this as preview, and this is what is recorded again and again, so the endless mirror effect.
The easiest way to get OBS out of the way is to put it onto a second monitor.
If you have only one monitor, you can minimize OBS and control OBS with hotkeys (OBS Settings->Hotkeys, mainly for start/stop recording). You will also find OBS in the system tray on the bottom right corner. Right-click the OBS icon and have some control over OBS.
You can also remove your display capture source and capture your applications directly with window capture or game capture. This way, OBS will not record itself but only the app or game you specified.
