Multiple stream feature request

Hi guys,

Here is my dilemma;
We are a sports bar with multiple pool tables. We would like to stream two (or more in the future) pool tables to YouTube live.
They should be streamed to youtube separate events, where the viewer can pick a match to watch.

We have been using OBS successfully on one table, but would like to add another.

Would it not be possible to setup multiple stream settings, offering the ability to switch on or off any number of instances?
Where one could, in a drop-down menu, choose a per instance scene output, or even a multiple of scenes per instance.

(hope you understand what I mean..)

If this is not possible, what would your professional recommendation for such a setup?
a multi pool table, streaming to YouTube.

You will need to run multiple instances of OBS. You can do this using 1 regular install and a (or multiple) portable installation. See https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-and-obs-studio-portable-mode-on-windows.359/
Yeah, this is what we have done too, running double instances.
Just not so pretty, and it makes it complicated to explain how to "go live" to non-technical staff members who would start/stop streams.
I guess that's why I'm also calling this post "feature request"
Thank you, though, for your answer.
