Question / Help Multiple screens stacking inside each other???

Using OBS for a while now.
Just when i had recorded a session, the screens are stacking inside each other. I think i hit a button???
So now it's recording a screen in a screen in a screen and so on.
I don't know how to set it just back to a fixed screen recording.

What you are seeing is normal and is called the Video Feedback Effect. It will go away when you stop looking at the OBS preview on the same display you're capturing.

But it is recording by stacking of multiples of the same video. t plays back the recording with the mult stacks. I cannot stop it. I need help

Do not use Display Capture. That will capture anything at a specific display (monitor screen), also OBS Studio running at it. OBS will show you what it is streaming or recording, including OBS showing OBS showing OBS showing etc. Then you'll get the effect at the above screenshot.

Depending on your situation, use one of these sources: Window Capture (a specific window), Game Capture or in case it's something web based: Browser. If you have difficulties doing so, search the forum for that specific program you want to capture and/or that type of source in OBS. If needed open a new forum thread.
