multiple screens of my single display and multiple audios of same screen grab

Hi new to this and trying to figure it out. trying toi do my first screen recording from youtube. i amd getting maybe 6 screens showing the OBS app going across the screen. When I click record screen on the youtube video. it looks normal but it records one file of the video in the bottom right of the recording with approx half of the short. Upon playback it has multiple streams of audio of the video that I just recorded. I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS project to make sure I didnt change settings on accident and it still does the same thing.
