Multiple RTMP outputs plugin

I am unable to install every time I install it asked me to delete it for infinite amount of time. I tried using older versions once it got installed but I deleted it for getting a newer version but now it never pops up on my obs and when i say dont delte it showes

I am running latest version of OBS on a PC Windows 10. Everytime I open OBS it tells me either upgrade or remove the Multi-RTMP - plugin. I've followed the threads on this forum - I do not HAVE a "Program Data" directory. I have Windows C; Program Files OBS-PLUGINS folder. Opening it and scanning throughout all of it and I do NOT have this plugin.

What am I missing?
