Multiple operators

Is there a way for multiple operators to use OBS at the same time, like someone operates the switching of scenes while another one puts texts/titles? I want the switcher operator to focus on switching our different cameras while another one focuses on updating scrolling texts. Thank you!

Set all the text sources to "Read from file" and then use a bunch of small Notepad windows or tabs in Notepad++ to manage it.
See the Mobile Apps section of https://streamsentials.com/stream-deck-alternative/ . An operator should be able to use at 1 of those to change scenes.

Alternatively you could have the text files on a shared network driver.

One operator switch scene (via keyboard or midi controller), second operator use CasparCG for text, scroll etc.
CasparCG is www server who can be used from second computer.
