Question / Help Multiple monitor mixes? Best setup for Skype interviews?

I run a livestream show with Skype guests where I play music. So I have 3 audio sources:

1) My mic
2) Skype guest
3) System audio (Chrome, Spotify, etc)

Obviously, I can mix and stream those all out live. Where I run into trouble is - as far as I can see - OBS only allows one monitor mix output.

I need 3 mixes:

1) The Skype guest hears: my mic + system audio
2) I hear: Skype guest + system audio
3) Audience hears: full mix (system + me + Skype)

Any ideas?

Since there is only one output device possible for monitoring, and you can only switch on or off audio monitoring for a source, I assume your request isn't possible within OBS. Since your mixes only differ in one source, you have to resort to use the "Audio monitoring" dropdown in the advanced audio properties directly to switch on/off each source you intend to start or stop monitoring while being live.

It might be possible with external mixer tools like Voicemeeter Banana. However, this will mirror the audio data externally but not monitor what's actually flowing through OBS.

Thanks, yes it didn't seem like OBS had a built-in ability to send submixes to different audio outputs. This is possible on OS X using two software titles by Rogue Amoeba called Audio Hijack and Loopback, but of course OS X has a separate problem of very laggy Skype video capture, making OBS unusable for Skype interview purposes on OS X.
