Question / Help Multiple internet connections

Honestly, had no real idea where else to post it. If anything this is a question, but also a discussion thread about the software.

So the backround is, my home internet connection has great download but poor upload. Likewise, my mobile data has poor download, but better upload. Is there any way i can somehow use a network to have OBS run on my Pc but somehow route the data to my phone or have my PC run both broadband and mobile data to take advantage of both connections. Shut me up if this question is too low iq for this website.

1. Connect the phone to a computer or laptop by using the USB cable.
   The best success with this operation is when the computer is a PC running Windows.
2. Open the Settings app.
3. Choose More, and then choose Tethering & Mobile Hotspot.
   
   
4. Place a check mark by the USB Tethering item.
   Internet tethering is activated.

That's the way how you connect your PC to the internet through the mobile connection of your Smartphone.
Keep in mind that streaming is producing huge data volumes. Many mobile accounts are metered and have a limit of some 100 MBytes or some GB until you are throttled or pay extra. Streaming is using up these limits very fast.

It is extremely unusual for mobile data to have better upload than download given that upload bandwidth limitations are a function not just of what level of service your operator chooses to offer you, but also your handset's transmit power and the distance to the nearest base station (as well as LOS, clutter, and other factors).

What you may definitely have is a download traffic cap and no upload traffic cap.

Do you have a speedtest result, or better, a TwitchTest result while using your mobile connection?

When using the mobile phone hotspot to stream.It always says not the right host or incorrect .So I just use the stuttering wifi.Its way better to stream a pc using the mobile hotspot.What must I do to enabled it?
