Question / Help Multiple instances of OBS Studio on UBUNTU

I am new to this forum. On Windows I run multiple instances of OBS Studio simultaneously.
I wish to use UBUNTU. Can you tell me if I will be able to do the same thing?

I am trying to do the same on Windows. Is it possible to run one stance on GPU and one stance on CPU? Thanks. Sorry i am unable to answer your question.
