I encountered a strange situation of repeated capture while carefully checking the video recorded by OBS frame by frame.
Especially the screen capture mode of Windows 10. DXGI would be better, but there are still a few duplicate frames
Both rendering and encoding have a lot of redundant space, and even with the simplest recording parameters, duplicate captured frames will still be encountered.
After some testing, I found that when the frame rate is set higher, the duty cycle of these repeated frames decreases significantly. It is speculated that the repeated encoding of the image is caused by the instability of the capture process.
If the hook can work at multiple times the frame rate of OBS, or if OBS can work at 120FPS but output 60FPS video files, it would be very helpful.
