Question / Help Multiple dropped frames, log attached please help

I was recording videos perfectly fine until the update. After the updated I started having really bad frame drops and I have no clue why. Ive done all the basic steps like uninstall etc. I dont know how to fix this or what exactly is going wrong.

Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1247 (17.7%)

Your gfx card is not able to render the scene in time, so it drops frames

You are using 1440p and Lanczos.

you can try different things:

- disable preview (right click on canvas)
- lower ingame settings. use always vsync if available
- lower the scene resolution to 1080p
- change scale filter tu bicubic or bilinear
- change both above
- Buy a new graphics card :)

The Problem with OBS is you cant compare to a regular capture tool like eg fraps or dxtory.

the frames are captured and placed on the scene... there you can also put your webcam, text, etc.

the scene must be rendered - this is done by your graphics card and takes power.

Ive tried all those things... Like I said it was doing just fine before the update so my card should be able to handle it just fine. I have a Nvidia gtx 970. Ill keep trying though.

Another thing, when I change the in game graphics or res in obs the frames dont seem to be affected at all. The game will run perfectly for me but terrible in the video.
