Question / Help multiple camera setting failed.

My PC (HP ProBook 4530s; Core i5 2.60GHz; 8GB Memory) recognizes 5 cameras with Microsoft Camera, but OBS doesn't recognize the captures.
What could be the solutions?
Help me! please!

thank you for your reply; is security software blocking?
more specifically, my four web cameras (each max. 500 mAmp) are connected via USB hub, which allows max. 3Amp, and Microsoft camera recognizes all of them, but OBS doesn't.
Do I need disable security software?
 
It is common behavior if third party software installed in Windows. Where is your log-file with failing attempt in it? By the way, is your cameras DirectShow devices?

yes, they are all DirectShow devices, I believe. each camera (total of 5) was recognized by OBS, as well as Skype. OBS tells me "encode resource", meaning i should need to enhance the encode resources and probably network resource (according to YouTube streaming guide). How can I enhance those resources?
 
Microsoft's software does not allow OBS to capture multiple microsoft cameras of the same model.
Using USB hubs is also a non-starter due to USB bandwidth and routing issues.
 
Nothing can really be done. You need to switch to another brand of camera to use multiple of the same model at the same time.
 
I was successful once in a while with four (4) Logicool 720ps and Sony digital video at the same time; but after a while, I failed.
Skype video also once recognized all of the 5 cams, but now, only one or two depending on something I don't understand.
Is it the graphic capacity problem of the PC? or OBS limits?
