Ok guys in need of help!! I'm trying to create multiple audio tracks when recording my lets plays. In one scene i have Video Capture Device, Game Capture, Audio Input Capture, Audio Output Capture. I'm trying to have one track be my Game Audio and the other to be my Mic Audio. I have my Mic, audio input and video capture going to track 2 and the others to track 1. I use Filmora9 (unfortunately) to do my video editing and i record in mkv format but switched it to MP4 for the audio tracks. Every time i move the file to my editing software it only shows one audio track so any help would be appreciated please!! I swear i have tried everything and its driving me nuts!! I'm new to all of this so i'm learning. Thanks!

To check if your video file really contains multiple audio track, use MediaInfo: https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
To write multiple audio tracks with OBS, you need to do:
- use a file type that supports multiple audio tracks. mkv and mp4 are fine.
- set Settings->Output->Output mode to advanced
- in Settings->Output->Recording tab check the audio tracks you want to write to the video file
- in Edit->Advanced Audio Properties assign which audio sources get into which audio track. It's a matrix, so you can assign any number of sources to any number of tracks.
Check the resources section of the forum: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/ where you find several guides around creating multple audio tracks.
If you cannot find the created (and with MediaInfo verified) tracks in your video postprocessing software, it might be that software doesn't properly support multiple audio tracks. You might use software like Avidemux to extract the audio tracks from the video file and use them separately.

Filmora 9 doesn't natively support multiple audio tracks within a video track. To put your audio together, import the file, then right click in the file you imported. Hover over the "Audio Track" option, and select the different tracks individually. It's terrible, I know, and any other editor lets you use multiple tracks, so it's just sad.
