Question / Help Multiple Audio Tracks issue (Checked previous threads)

I want to record two audio tracks (1: Desktop Audio (game sounds), 2: Audio Input Capture (Mic)). Files are saved as .mkv and remuxed into mp4. I test them by putting them directly into Premiere Pro CS5 where I'm only getting one audio track. The audio used to be whatever was set to record in track 1 (Desktop Audio or Audio Input Capture aka. mic).
Since I couldn't get it to work I tried to add BOTH the Audio Input Capture AND the Mic/Aux to Track 2 and Desktop Audio which resulted in a recording with no audio at all.
I then changed back to my setting from before that test (Desktop Audio in track 1 and Audio Input Capture in track 2) which used to result in a recording with audio from whatever was in track 1 but now it results in recordings with no audio at all and I'm quite puzzled as to why:/

Did you check your recordings with VLC?

Which track is written to the video file is configured in the "Recording" tab of Settings->Output. You did show the Streaming tab, but this isn't relevant to the saved video. Since you show the wrong tab, you likely did not visit the Recording tab, thus did not activate more than one track. In Advanced Audio Properties, you only configure which source goes into which track, but not which track is written to the video file.
(Which is, by the way, a flaw in the OBS configuration in my opinion. It should be visible from Advanced Audio Properties, which tracks are actually written to the video file for clarity)

@Harold I did check with VLC. There are indeed two audio tracks but weirdly only the 2nd one (mic) has been recorded onto in my most recent test. Game audio is empty.

@koala My mistake, I copied the wrong tab when making the post but I did visit and set up the recording tab prior to all testing. Here's the correct tab.
