Question / Help Multiple Audio Tracks into CS6 Premiere

So, I was doing a test recording with game audio and commentary, output it to MKV, remuxed it to MP4, and it shows up in Premiere as 1 audio track (only my game audio, no commentary) with no video. Playing the mp4 from explorer, I can see the video is there, but it doesn't show in Premiere. Still no commentary track.

I believe I set everything up correctly based on a tutorial, but I'm not entirely sure since I'm new to using this software for recording.

If the audio track shows up in media players, the problem is in premiere and not obs.

I don't believe Premiere supported importing videos with multiple audio tracks until CC 2015 or so.
