Question / Help Multiplatform API for Plugins

Hello,
I would like to know where I can find the documentation of the Multiplatform-API in order to write a plugin.
I have searched the forum of course, but I really can't find any information, except 2-3 requests with no real answer.

Would be nice to get a link or something. Maybe an example as well. Target language would be C#, but any code would be appreciated.

There is no documentation yet, you'll have to look at the bundled plugins to get an idea of how it works, for now.
