Multi-track input audio mapper

Is there any possibility to select from an multi-track input stream (e.g. srt/udp with 4 audio tracks, multilanguage) or multi-track videoclip file only certain channels (e.g. channel 1 from Track 1 and channel 2 from Track 2)? With some sort of audio channel input mapper? With level control on every selected Track?
