Is it possible to stream on two different sites? (Facebook and Youtube)

Yes is possible,
but not directly from OBS, use nginx-rtmp and ffmpeg.

FYI this violates Facebook's TOS.

You can, of course, configure nginx-rtmp to do it anyway.
