Multi Stream Seperate Video

Hello new to OBS and live streaming.
Playing around with the Multiple RTMP outputs plugin 2020-05-17
Im looking to do the following.
Stream to Multiple platforms.
From time to time as the need arises I want to send a seperate video and audio to only one of the streams.
Example, lets say I'm streaming to Youtube and Rumble and I'm going to say something or discuss a topic or play a video that I know YOUTUBE will flag me on, I wan to be able to play a video and Audio saying something like " If you are seeing this its becasue you are on youtube come to Rumble to see the full un censored discussion."
Is that possible?

I have the same question as well.
I figure this would be aided by something like sound source where you can have one browser (say Chrome,) playing one video while you send another video to another platform by using Edge for example with its sound routed to that stream.
