Question / Help Multi-platform OBS Not Streaming

So. I ran into some issues yesterday streaming on Twitch. I was fairly certain I had tested out OBS Multi-platform on my Windows 8.1 machine and it worked fine. However, at some point yesterday, it simply stopped working. I could hit "Start Streaming" and it would say it was streaming, but nothing showed up on the site.

So, today, I happened to test it in my old "Legacy" OBS version. Amazingly, the stream went up just fine.

I'm sure my issue is mostly computer-user error, but I'm stumped.

Well, I was giving a short, clean log. I tried for well over half an hour at times yesterday.

If more log time is needed, I can give it, but I'll need a reasonable window. There's a lot to even a short log.

Almost 30% skipped frames on that one. Something isn't playing nice processor side from the looks of things.

Hmm, well, I have the output resolution at 1280x720. My encoder is set to "veryfast". Changing it to "superfast" doesn't seem to change anything with regard to the stream showing up.

As a follow-up, had a successful stream last night. Not sure what the issue was, but it does seem that changing the encoding helped. Thank you.

I always monitor things like CPU usage and all that to make sure the game isn't taking most or all of it up.
