I have a i5 laptop and an i7 quad desktop with an ati radeon 3600, and i use a form of KVM software to "link" a keyboard and mouse to both while still maintaining each's processor/gpu capabilities depending on the monitor.
So i tried to see if OBS would detect an application on the other screen, but as i expected, it could not. So i was curious as to if there is a way, via: other software, computer networking, or within OBS, to run obs on the desktop and be able to stream/record whatever game or application i have running on the laptop. Because, as of the moment i dont have the cash for a capture card and i figured this would be a good alternative for saving fps and sim speed on the games i want to stream/record. If there is not, feel free to count this as a suggestion.
PS: If additional info/answers are needed, im willing to comply.
