Question / Help Multi Audio Tracks

Hello! Recently I have enabled multi audio tracks on OBS. At first, I wasn't sure if it had worked, but after testing it out in a few programs, I found out you could listen to them on VLC. Unfortunately though, I am not sure how to edit this audio. I have tried to import it into Premier Pro, but it only would play the game audio track. I have no idea how to enable the other track on Premier, and no idea what program I would use if it doesn't work on premier. Is there any way I can export the separate audio tracks to use both at once, and edit the volume of both of them?

Thank you all for your help,

~Dragon

The image attached proves the audio tracks exist.

I've been playing with a little bit, too, but haven't had any success so far. Players like VLC and Quicktime Player can detect the multiple audio tracks and switch among, but Premiere doesn't. I found some mentions on the forum that CC 2015 could detect the multiple tracks, where 2014 couldn't, but if that's the case, I haven't figured out how to make them show up.

Right now, my thinking is at least the audio tracks can be exported out through Quicktime Player as independent audio files and imported into Premiere. I haven't tested this to see how painless it is or is not, though.
