Question / Help Muddy Whites on OBS Chrome recording output

Heya everyone, I am trying to record Chrome webpages and am running into some huge issues with whites. The whites are all really muddy in the recordings but it looks fine in the preview.

Anyone got an idea what the issue(s) might be?

Ran into another weird thing. When I launch Block'Hood and OBS, then minimize Block'Hood my 1070 starts squealing. Could the 1070 be the issue? I figured that is incredibly unlikely but maybe?
