Question / Help MSVCR120.dll missing

I have just installed the OBS 0.12.1 (windows) multi-platform software.
I have Windows 7 Pro service pack 1 64bit. This PC was built 3 months ago.

Now I've done a search on the forum here about this and all of them point me to downloading the Visual C++ Redistributable file for Visual Studio 2013.

When I do a Google search for that, using my new PC, the Windows 7 pc, I find that software for 2015.

Does it matter which year I download and install or do I need to stay with the 2013 version?

One more question: I've seen the reply's telling people to d/l both 32 and 64 bit versions, install, then run OBS.
Would you suggest I d/l and install both versions from the 2015 software, if you think that version is ok? Or just d/l the 64 bit version and install that?

I'm not going any further with this OBS software until I get a reply. This program seems confusing enough without getting errors before i really even start the program!!!

I appreciate all the help you people add to these forums. Newbies like me need all the help we can get!!!
Let me know what I should do.

OK. When I load that 2013 page up and click on the details button, it shows 3 files:
vcredist_arm.exe
vcredist_x64.exe
vcredist_x86.exe

Do I install all 3 or just the x64 & x86 files?
