Bug Report MSVCR120.dll missing

Fresh install of 0.11.4 OBS Multiplatform on win7 with all updates

Launching 32bit I receive error message MSVC120.dll missing and the after clicking ok it launches. (log attached)

Launching 64 bit I receive error message MSVC120.dll missing and the after clicking ok it it fails to run. (no log generated)

I have 3 copies on my system in HP support framework, videomotion, and Mozilla Firefox

First install both the 32 and 64 bit versions, then run OBS-Multiplatform.

Got it was the 64bit
