Question / Help MP4 files with multiple audio tracks

Hi, I recorded a Let's Play as an MP4 with two audio tracks, the game audio and mic audio.

I would like to copy the mic audio out of the file so I can run it through audacity and see if there's anything I can do to enhanced it (total noob here).

Could someone tell me how to do that please? And also are there any useful things to do in Audacity to a vocal track like this?

Any help appreciated
Thanks

I'd normally do this with my video editor, I use Sony Vegas and have Audacity as my external audio editor and it just works. You can use VLC to strip out the tracks but as I assume you are going to use an editor when you add them back after you have cleaned up with Audacity the editor seems the best way to go.

I do have sony movie studio 12. So I can set an external audio editor in it eh? Would you mind telling me where that setting is?

That's an excellent video thank you.

Do you or anyone know of any sony movie studio forums? I tried to search for some but I can't find any. After importing my mp4 video (that has two audio tracks) I don't actually see any audio tracks in the timeline just the video. Do you import the audios from the video file in a different way?
