Title says it all.
When I try to play an .mp4 in Media Source I get the audio but no video. I have done this multiple times before without issue. Now it's not working.
When I try to capture a window such as a Zoom Window, it's not working however I can capture a Display so it's still a workaround but not prefect. If I try to capture a window such as Microsoft Edge it does work.
I am a complete idiot when it comes to graphics settings and the like so any help is much appreciated.

Only thing new is that OBS is 26.1.1
