Best to save/export Profile & Scene Collection from within OBS Studio. as a starting point... even then, expect to adjust some Global devices separately...
Then check each plugin. Some have a Settings save options (some don't).
you might be able to cut 'n paste settings from some TXT based config files (depending on plugin, you'd have to figure this out)
The Scene Collection export/import should work ok (on same version... install same version, even if not latest, as on existing PC. Upgrade OBS Studio on new PC (if applicable) ONLY after you make sure all is working properly
