Moviebox Deluxe no audio in Win10

I tried to use OBS instead of Pinnacle Studio 9 with my Moviebox Deluxe capture card. The video showed up just fine, but I was unable to hear any audio within OBS. OBS didn't seem to detect my device, initially. When it did, the audio indicator would show as active, but I could never hear anything despite attempting to adjust my audio input/output device settings and volume within Windows. I even tried changing the output frequencies between 48000 Hz and 44100 Hz. So far, no luck :( OBS seems like it would be far superior to Pinnacle, but I can't seem to solve my audio dilemma. Does anyone know of a solution? Thanks in advance for any help. It has been a few weeks, so I don't have a log file. Thanks again!

I am having the same problem. I upgraded to Avid Studio 14 and it will not even run. The driver is loaded however but same issue. Does the new version (Pinacle Studio 24) come with a working MovieBox Driver?

I am having the same problem with a Pinnacle 710 S-Video to USB box. Great picture but no sound on OBS. The Pinnacle V14 software gets the sound just fine, but won't capture properly. OBS cannot hear the sound. Why not?
