So, you have the image on top of the Window Capture, and you want the pointer to be on top of the image, while keeping its alignment with the Window? I don't think that's possible. The pointer is part of the Window Capture, as a single picture, and then you put something else on top of that.
What you might do though, if you're only using the pointer as a *pointer* and not to interact with the window, is to Display Capture a black or lime green desktop, including the pointer, and then luma/chroma key that as a third layer.
