Question / Help Mouse Visible on Black Screen

Hi, weirdly I can see my mouse moving but nothing else odn a black screen. I followed the steps in your posts but it's still not working. I'm on a HP Pavilion laptop operating with AMD, 64-bit, Windows 10 version 1909. Thanks in advance for your help :)

Assuming you're trying to use a Display Capture (and really shouldn't aside from as an absolute last resort):

The method for setting the GPU assignment changed in Win10 1903 onward. Follow the guide above to set it correctly, or otherwise please attach a logfile from a recroding session at least 30 seconds in length.

Hi, thanks i have these settings in place but I can still only see the mouse moving. I have made the recording you asked for. Thanks for your advice.
