Bug Report Mouse looks very odd when recording

In game recording and monitor capture, the mouse looks extremely weird. I can't really describe it.

The low quality on everything is because I have constant quality chosen. OBS doesn't properly record games otherwise (stays low bitrate no matter what).

I'm going to play around with the settings (buffering time and other encoding options) later today, and I will update this thread if I fix it/make it worse/have any more information.'

Edit: Switched to bitrate control over constant quality, solved the constant low bitrate by changing QP settings. Mouse still looks weird.

Edit 2: Mouse looks odd when recording x264 or VCE.

Huh, do you use a custom cursor or anything? Your quality settings wouldn't affect something like this when the mouse cursor isn't being rendered properly through OBS.

I just have the generic Windows mouse. Thanks, though.

Sorry for the extremely late reply.
Someone tweeted me and said that changing their mouse pointer settings fixed it, under "mouse properties."
